Our main goal is to excite people with the amazing flavours to be found in the wild and to make foraging as accessible to as many people as possible.
On our Foraging Courses you'll see that wild food is everywhere and our team is constantly exploring and developing our range of foraging courses so we can make your learning experience as fun and valuable as possible.

You'll be astonished by the flavours we can get; from pineapple tasting flowers to cardamom tasting seeds and seaweeds which taste like beef jerky, it's all there to be discovered.
So why not join us at Delamere Forest. Delamere is a great venue spanning an impressive 2,400 acres, making it one of the largest woodland in the country. This land has a long history, having once served as the hunting grounds of Norman earls, and is now managed by the Forestry Commision. The mixture of deciduous and evergreen trees play host to many forageable species, and some of the trees are wild edibles themselves!
Tickets are £70 (children under 12 are free)
