Our main goal is to excite people with the amazing flavours to be found in the wild and to make foraging as accessible to as many people as possible.
On our Foraging Courses you'll see that wild food is everywhere and our team is constantly exploring and developing our range of foraging courses so we can make your learning experience as fun and valuable as possible.

You'll be astonished by the flavours we can get; from pineapple tasting flowers to cardamom tasting seeds and seaweeds which taste like beef jerky, it's all there to be discovered.
So why not join us at Anderton Boat Lift. Anderton boat lift is one of the 'Seven Wonders of the Waterways', and the sprawling nature park that is its neighbour is just as wonderful. At this venue we are able to explore grassland, waterside and woodland habitats, and find a wide variety of wild species.
