Wine School Collaborations: Ridiculously Rich by Alana

Visit the Roof Lounge at Restaurant 1539 for this collaboration event with the wine school and Ridiculously Rich, luxury handmade cakes by Alana! You'll know Alana Spencer already if you're a fan of the BBC TV series The Apprentice as Alana is the 2016 series winner.

Cakes from Alana's signature collection are meticulously hand-crafted in Wales from the finest ingredients. Imagine divinely dark Belgian chocolate, giant marshmallows, homemade butterscotch, locally-farmed free range eggs and silky salted caramel. Can you match cakes with wine? Absolutely!

Richard met Caroline on site at the Tatton Park Foodies Festival in the summer of 2017 and they instantly knew a joint event would be amazing and wine school collaborations was born!

Taste some absolute treats from the Ridiculously Rich by Alana range together with matched wines chosen by Richard – it's not all about sweet.
