The festival promises to offer the largest selection of regional fine food under one roof. The perfect showcase for over 80 of the areas finest food producers.
As usual, there will be plenty of opportunity to sample and buy and a fantastic line up of some of the region's most talented chefs demonstrating tasty dishes throughout the weekend so visitors really get a flavour of the fabulous food home grown and produced in the Northwest.
