The exhibition honouring the Mercian Regiment at West Park was installed to celebrate the return of the regiment before Christmas and will stay for the whole of 2011 as part of the 750th anniversary celebrations of Macclesfield's charter. Displays of silk maps, commemorative handkechiefs, parachute silk etc. Entry to West Park Museum is free.
West Park museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 1.30 to 4.30pm (November to March: 1 to 4 pm.)
