Chester Heritage Festival

Chester Heritage Festival brings the city’s exciting and varied history to life through a series of unique events and experiences for all ages.
 
Join us to celebrate Chester’s Roman origins, historic buildings, green spaces and waterways.  Enjoy Medieval traditions: explore the Rows and Cathedral.  Consider life in Tudor times, Chester’s industrial past, and changes in the 20th Century.   
 
This year there’ll be walks, talks, films, a heritage cruise, fairs, entertainments and more as we tell the story of our city and its people over two millennia.
