The Heritage Centre
Heritage / Visitor Centre
The Heritage Centre Museum is housed within the Sunday School building. A magnificent 200 year old building which at it's height taught 2000 pupils all child workers in the Silk Industry. In 2014 the building celebrates it's Bicentenary and will host a number of exhibitions exploring this iconic building through the people that used it.
The Heritage Centre is a hub of community activities with The Mulberry Tree Cafe, conference facilities and Cinema.
'Makers Macc' Craft Days are run here throughout the year inviting makers and crafters to share their skills - join us on Saturday 29th March for a day of trying new crafts and learning new skills.
