Guided Mountain Bike Rides - set in the beautiful area of Macclesfield and the Peak District, the heart of mountain biking in the North West.
As a mountain bike leader I am qualified to take individuals or groups on guided mountain bike rides. The distance and technical difficulty will be tailored to your requirements. I have many different routes suitable for novices and families through to experienced mountain bikers. You can book a half day, full day or 2-day rides.
Whilst we are out on the ride I can also teach fundamental mountain biking skills so you can handle your bike more effectively, and offer tips on bike maintenance and emergency repairs.
Based in Macclesfield, I offer the best local riding available being just a wheel turn or two away from the beautiful Macclesfield Forest with it's plethora of rides.
With a mainline Manchester to London station (less than 2hrs from London) rides can start in Macclesfield or alternatively if travelling by car, I can arrange to meet at a pre-arranged place such as Hayfield, Edale, Castleton, Buxton and Ladybower.
Max 6 people per guided ride.
½ Day: £35.00pp 3hrs
Full Day: £60.00pp 6hrs
A typical day would be, meet at a prearranged location, bike safety check and gear check, and ride. Post ride analysis. Au revoir.
Our skill’s and trail maintenance courses are combined with the above at no extra cost.
There will be plenty of opportunities to stop for brews and food while out on the trail.
