Delightful refurbished cottage in the grounds of a Victorian lodge in a quiet rural village designed by the famous Cheshire architect, John Douglas in the 1860s.
Set in the beautiful scenic countryside ideal for those looking got a quiet retreat and yet only a few miles from Chester city centre. Ideal for visitors to Chester races and for those wishing to visit the attractions of Cheshire and the North Wales coast.
The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped to make the visitors stay as pleasant as possible.
Pets welcome at the discretion of the owners and by prior appointment. Large dog kennel and run with cottage.

From M56, take M53 towards Chester then A55. Take 2nd exit off A55 signposted Whitchurch A41. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and stay in the left hand lane. Filter left at the traffic lights. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout signposted Whitchurch for about 2 miles. Turn right opposite the white antique shop. Go past the village school on the left and take the 1st right signposted Chester. The Lodge is about 30 yards on the right.
A56 bus from Chester city centre into village, 4 miles by taxi from Chester train station, 35 mins from Manchester Airport by taxi.
