The accommodation provides double bedroom with en suite bath and shower room; sitting room (with sofa bed) with dining area and cosy living flame fire, LCD TV, DVD, CD; fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, electric hob and fan oven; paved patio area with table, chairs and parasol; private parking adjacent to cottage.

The contemporary oak furniture and fittings are of the highest quality, with oak flooring and loose rugs throughout.

All the accommodation is on the ground floor and is disabled friendly.

For cycling enthusiasts there is lockable storage for bicycles, with a drying room and wash down area.

All bed linen and towels are provided, together with a welcome pack.

Road Directions

Heading south from Chester on the A483 come off the Rossett/Llay junction.

Turn right and continue to the second sign to Burton, turn right into Croeshowell Lane.

Continue to the end of the lane and turn left into Rosemary Lane.

Continue to the end of the lane to the T junction and turn left.

You will see a sign to Golly, turn right and continue along the lane round the left hand bend – Golly Farm is the first property on the left.
