Taking it's name from the owner's initials Paul L Manning. Paul always provides a friendly and helpful service, well known at many of the Toy Fairs and Model Railway Exhibitions in Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales. He always tells his customers 'If you cannot see what you want, please ask, we may have it in stock or be able to get it for you!'
